3.   Check for continuity between terminals with a feeler gauge inserted between throttle stop screw and throttle valve lever.  With a 0.5 mm (0.02 in)

gauge inserted, there should be continuity between terminals.  With a 0.7 mm (0.028 in) gauge inserted, there should be no continuity between
terminals.

Throttle Sensor

4.    If not within specifications, loosen screws and rotate throttle sensor to adjust.
5.   Tighten screws and seal them with white paint.  After checking and adjusting the sensor, connect throttle sensor connector.

Throttle sensor input signal can be checked at ECU terminal 2G with ignition switch "ON."

Idle switch input voltage can be checked at ECU terminal 1E with ignition switch "ON."  With accelerator pedal released, terminal voltage should be
approximately 0V.  With pedal depressed, voltage should be approximately 12V.
