Removal and Installation

1.
Loosen idler pulley locknut and belt adjusting bolt, then remove oil pump drive belt.
2.
Remove locknut, then the oil pump pulley, Fig. 10.
3.
Remove pressure switch coupler.
4.
Mark pressure pipe and fitting for assembly reference, then remove pressure pipe and return hose.
5.
Remove oil pump assembly.
6.
Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
