Clutch Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
Disassembly

Fig. 2  Clutch Master Cylinder Overhaul

    Disassembly clutch master cylinder in order shown in Fig. 2, noting the following:

1.

Do not damage pushrod contact surface of the piston.

2.

Remove piston, secondary cup assembly, spacer and primary cup by applying compressed air through the clutch pipe installation hole.

3.

Remove one-way piston and return spring by applying compressed air through the cylinder bore.
