Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments

1.

Remove carpet and measure distance from upper surface of pedal pad to firewall. If distance is not 8.19-8.58 inches, adjust by loosening lock turn
and turning clutch switch.

2.

Depress clutch pedal lightly by hand and measure freeplay. If freeplay is not .02-.12 inch, adjust by loosening locknut and turning pushrod.

3.

Check distance from floor to center of upper surface of pedal pad with pedal fully depressed. If distance is not at least 1.38 inches, readjust.
