Rollover Valve: Testing and Inspection
CAUTION: Disconnecting/connecting the quick release connector without cleaning it may possibly cause damage to the fuel pipe and quick release
connector. Always clean the quick release connector joint area before disconnecting/connecting using a cloth or soft brush, and make sure that it is free
of foreign material.
1. Disconnect the plastic fuel hose and the fuel pump unit connector.
2. Remove the fuel tank with the fuel pump unit.
3. Plug the fuel main pipe and fuel return pipe of the fuel pump unit.
4. Plug ports A and D.
5. Level the fuel tank.
6. Blow through port B and verify that there is airflow from port C.

If there is no airflow, replace the fuel tank.

If there is airflow, plug ports C and D and proceed to Step 7.
7. Blow through port B and verify that there is airflow from port A.

If there is no airflow, replace the fuel tank.

If there is airflow, unplug port C, turn the fuel tank upside-down, and proceed to Step 8.
8. Blow through port B and verify that there is no airflow from ports A and C.

If there is airflow, replace the fuel tank.
