VEHICLE PULLS TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT

APPLICABLE MODEL(S)/VINs
All 2000 MPV with VINs lower than JM3LW28** *0 165618.

DESCRIPTION

Some vehicles may exhibit a slight pull or drift to the left or right, even after checking and/or adjusting the front-end alignment. A modified part is now
available to address this concern.

Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1.

Verify customer concern.

If vehicle pulls left, replace right front stabilizer control link with modified part according to Workshop Manual (section 02-13 FRONT 
SUSPENSION) and decrease right front caster according to Workshop Manual (section 02-11 WHEEL ALIGNMENT).

If vehicle pulls right, replace left front stabilizer link with modified part according to Workshop Manual (section 02-13 FRONT 
SUSPENSION) and decrease left front caster according to Workshop Manual (section 02-11 WHEEL ALIGNMENT).

2.

Verify repair.
