LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE APPEARS LOW

All 2000 MPVs with ABS.
DESCRIPTION
Some vehicles when viewed from the rear, may appear to lean and/or sit lower on the left side, even without passengers or cargo. This may be caused by
a variance in spring height. Replacement springs are available to address this concern.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Verify customer concern.

Measure difference between left and right side of the vehicle.
NOTE:
Vehicle must be on level ground and unloaded before measuring. Also, a full fuel tank is required, as well as correct levels of engine coolant
and engine oil. Spare tire, jack and tools should also be stowed in their proper positions, and vehicle should be free of passengers.

If difference does exceed 0.390" (10 mm) between left and right sides, proceed to STEP 2.

If difference does NOT exceed 0.390" (10 mm) between left and right sides, return vehicle to customer; this bulletin does not apply.
2.
Remove right front shock absorber and spring according to Workshop Manual (section 02-13).
3.
Replace right front shock absorber and spring with modified parts.
NOTE:
After removal/installation of front coil spring, inspect front wheel alignment according to Workshop Manual (section 02-11).
4.
Remove right rear spring according to Workshop Manual (section 02-14).
