Radiator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the engine coolant.
3. Remove the fresh-air duct.
4. Remove the upper and lower radiator hose.
5. Remove the coolant reservoir hose.
6. Remove the oil cooler hose.
7. Remove the radiator cowling.
8. Remove the radiator.

INSTALLATION

1. Install in the reverse order of removal indicated in the table.
2. Fill the radiator and coolant reservoir with the specified amount and type of engine coolant.
3. Check the ATF level and add ATF if necessary.
4. Check the ATF and coolant leaks.
