Heater Core: Testing and Inspection
Rear

1. Remove the rear heater core from the rear heater unit.
2. Check for cracks, damage, and coolant leakage. If any are found, replace the rear heater core.
3. Check for bent fins. If any are bent, use a flathead screwdriver to straighten them.
4. Verify that the rear heater core inlet and outlet are not distorted or damaged. Repair by using pliers if necessary.
