Engine Oil: Testing and Inspection
1. Be sure the vehicle is on level ground.
2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature and stop it.
3. Wait for five minutes.
4. Remove the oil dipstick and check the oil level and condition.
5. Add or replace oil if necessary.
NOTE: The oil level should be filled to the top of the dashed part of the oil dipstick.
