Center Companion Flange (8)
1. Place the No.1 propeller shaft in a vise.
2. Remove the center companion flange by using the Special Service Tool (SST).
Center Bearing Support Component (14)
Remove the center bearing support component by using the SSTs.
Bearing (15)
Press the bearing out of the support component toward the rear by using the SSTs.
Assembly Note
Bearing (15)
Install the bearing into the bearing support component from the rear side by using the SSTs.
