Remove the dust cover and rear axle shaft component by using the Special Service Tools (SSTs).
Installation Note
Oil Seal (8)

CAUTION: If the oil seal is not properly pressed onto the axle casing, oil leakage will occur. Always use the SSTs when installing the oil
seal.
Apply grease to the lip of a new oil seal, then install it onto the axle casing by using the SSTs.
