Overdrive Solenoid: Service and Repair
REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the control valve body.
2. Remove the solenoid valve(s).
3. Apply ATF to a new O-ring(s) and install it on the solenoid valve(s).
4. Install the solenoid valve(s) to the control valve body and tighten to 9.9 - 12.7 Nm (87 - 112 inch lbs.).
5. Install the control valve body.
6. Carry out the line pressure test and time lag test.
7. Carry out the road test.
