Wiper Motor: Service and Repair
Windshield Wiper Motor Disassembly / Assembly
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the windshield wiper motor connector.
3. Remove the nuts to remove the windshield wiper motor bracket.
4. Pry off the connection between the windshield wiper motor and windshield wiper link.
5. Remove the windshield wiper motor.
6. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.
7. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
8. Install the windshield wiper motor.
9. Connect the windshield wiper link to the windshield wiper motor.
10. Install the windshield wiper motor bracket.
11. Connect the windshield wiper motor connector.
12. Connect the negative battery cable.
