Fluid - Differential: Testing and Inspection
REAR DIFFERENTIAL OIL INSPECTION
1. Remove the filler plug and washer.
2. Verify that the oil is up to the brim of the filler plug hole, as shown.
3. If it is low, add the specified oil.

Below -18°C (0°F) GL-5, SAE80
Capacity
1.5 L (1.6 US quart, 1.3 imp quart)
4. Face the tapered side of a new washer as shown, then install the filler plug.
Tightening torque
40-53 Nm (4.0-5.5 kgf-m, 29-39 ft. lbs.)
