Shift Solenoid: Service and Repair
SOLENOID VALVES REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove the control valve body.
2. Remove the solenoid valve(s).
3. Apply ATF to a new O-ring(s) and install it on the solenoid valve(s).
4. Install the solenoid valve(s) to the control valve body.
Tightening torque
9.9-12.7 Nm (100-130 kgf-cm, 87-112 inch lbs.)
5. Install the control valve body.
6. Carry out the line pressure test and time lag test.
7. Carry out the road test.
