Locate the A/C relay (near the passenger side shock tower, figure 2) and disconnect it from the existing A/C harness.

4.

Plug the 6-terminal male connector of the new sub-harness into the A/C relay.

5.

Plug the 5-terminal female connector of the new sub-harness into the existing A/C harness.

6.

Remove the coolant reservoir and the fresh air duct.

7.

Route the new sub-harness along the existing A/C harness.

8.

Tie-wrap the new sub-harness along the A/C harness at each of the 9 existing tie-wrap locations.

9.

Disconnect the A/C harness from the main fuse box. The connector is located in the front part of the fuse box and is the connector closest to the
fender.

10.

Plug the 4-terminal male connector of the new sub-harness into the main fuse box (figure 2).

11.

Plug the 4-terminal female connector of the new sub-harness into the existing A/C harness.

12.

Connect the battery negative cable. Start the engine. Turn on the A/C and verify that both cooling fans are operating.

13.

Reinstall coolant reservoir and fresh air duct.
