Throttle Cable/Linkage: Service and Repair

1.

Inspect inner and outer cable for damage.

2.

Ensure accelerator operates smoothly.

3.

Remove battery and carrier.

4.

Raise and support vehicle, then drain automatic transaxle fluid.

5.

Remove throttle cable from throttle lever.

6.

Remove control valve body cover and gasket.

7.

Remove throttle cable from throttle cam control valve body.

8.

Remove attaching bolt and throttle cable from transaxle.

9.

Reverse procedure to install.
