Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments
Hydraulic Type

1.

Measure distance from upper surface of pedal pad to carpet and ensure distance (height) is 7.72-8.03 inches.

2.

If not, adjust pedal height by loosening locknut and turning clutch switch until specified height is obtained.

3.

Depress pedal by hand and measure pedal freeplay. Ensure freeplay is .20-.51 inch. If not, adjust clearance by loosening pushrod locknut and
turning pushrod until specified clearance is obtained.

4.

After adjustment, ensure when the clutch is disengaged, the distance between carpet and upper center of pedal pad is approximately 1.6 inches or
more.
