Remove driveshaft from transaxle using a suitable pry bar, Fig. 5. When removing right side shaft on vehicle equipped with a DOHC engine insert
a pry bar between driveshaft and joint shaft and tap on bar to uncouple them, Fig. 6.

Reverse procedure to install noting the following:
a. Torque driveshaft clinch bolts to 32-43 ft. lbs.
b. Torque tie rod attaching bolts to 31-42 ft. lbs.
c. Torque driveshaft locknut to 174-235 ft. lbs., then stake nut as shown in Fig. 7.
