Using the original bolt, assemble EGR boost sensor to the bracket supplied with the service kit as shown.
Tightening torque
7.9 - 10.7 Nm, (80-110 Kg-cm, 70-95 in-lb.)
4.
Remove the vacuum pipe bracket bolt at the firewall and install the EGR boost sensor/bracket assembly using the same bolt.
Tightening torque
7.9 - 10.7 Nm, (80-110 Kg-cm, 70-95 in-lb.)
5.
Connect one end of the kit vacuum hose to the EGR boost sensor and the other end to the EGR valve.
6.
Connect kit wiring harness extension to the EGR boost sensor and the original connector.
