Check for an open circuit or short to ground in the wiring harness between the audio unit (terminal D in the 12-pin connector) and the power
antenna relay (terminal A of the 9-pin connector)

If an open circuit or short to ground exists, repair and retest the antenna operation. If no problems are found, replace the audio unit.
