Mazda Motor of America, Inc. will not accept warranty claims for the following conditions:
SOFT TOP

Damage due to vandalism, improper care or use and outright abuse.
2.
Damage due to mildew, excessive moisture or from lowering the top when it is wet.
3.
Color fading and shrinking due to ultra-violet rays and natural aging.
4.
Natural fading of thread or slightly irregular, non-consequential stitching.

1.
Damage due to folding a dirty window.
2.
Stains due to lack of cleaning or failure to use the boot cover.
3.
Damage due to ultra-violet rays, acid rain, industrial fallout, tree saps, sand, dust or extreme heat.
