Front Crankshaft Seal: Service and Repair
1.
Remove timing belt, refer to TIMING BELT.
2.
Using holding fixture No. 49S120710 and lock tool No. 49B011102 or equivalents, remove timing belt pulley lock bolt.
3.
Using suitable puller, remove timing belt pulley, then the woodruff key.
4.
Cut oil seal lip with knife, then remove seal.
5.
Reverse procedure to install. Install oil seal until flush with edge of oil pump body.
