A/C Cut-Off Control System
1.
Warm engine to operating temperature and run at idle.
2.
Turn blower and A/C switches "ON."
3.
Disconnect throttle sensor connector.
4.
Connect sensor harness terminals "TL" and "POW" with a jumper wire and check that condenser fan stops for approximately 16 seconds.
5.
If system does not operate as specified, check voltages at ECU terminals 1Q and 2L, wiring, connections and individual components.
6.
If not correct and no other problem is detected, suspect a defective ECU.
