Clutch Pedal Assembly: Adjustments

Measure distance from upper center of pedal pad to carpet and ensure distance is 6.89-7.28 inches.

If not, adjust pedal height by loosening locknut and turning clutch switch until specified height is achieved, Fig. 1.

Depress pedal by hand and measure pedal freeplay. Ensure freeplay is .20-.51 inch. If not, adjust pedal freeplay by loosening locknut and turn
push rod until freeplay is correct, Fig. 1.

4.

With pedal fully depressed, measure pedal height from carpet to upper surface of the pedal, Fig. 1. Disengagement height should be 2.68 inch.

5.

Tighten push rod locknut to specification.
