6. Mark the manual shaft lever component as shown in the figure.
7. Separate the manual shaft lever component from selector lever.
8. Disconnect the VSS connector.
Caution:

Do not apply a shock in the VSS.

Do not damage the terminals.
9. Measure the resistance between the VSS terminals.
^
If there is any malfunction, replace the VSS.
VSS resistance
560 - 680 ohm
10. Connect the VSS connector.
