Fuel Pump Relay: Testing and Inspection
Fuel Pump (Fp) Control Inspection
1. Open the fuse box cover.
2. Connect the SSTs (NGS tester) to DLC-2.
3. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
4. Select "SIMULATION TEST" and press TRIGGER.
5. Select "IG ON TEST" and press TRIGGER.
6. Select "FP RLY" and press TRIGGER.
7. Press START.
8. Turn the FP RLY from off to on and inspect if operation sound of the FP RLY is heard.

If the operation sound is not heard, inspect the FP RLY.

If the FP RLY is normal, inspect the following.

Wiring harnesses and connectors (Main relay-FP RLY-PCM)
