22. Check the camshaft pulley for damage and cracks.
Circuit Open/Short Inspection
Open circuit

If there is no continuity, the circuit is open. Repair or replace the harness.

CMP circuit (CMP sensor connector terminal B and PCM connector terminal 3V.)

Power circuit (CMP sensor connector connector terminal A and main relay terminal D through common connector.)

GND circuit (CMP sensor terminal C and body GND.)
Short circuit
-
If there is continuity, the circuit is shorted. Repair or replace the harness.

CMP sensor connector terminal B and PCM connector terminal 3V to ground.

CMP sensor connector terminal A and main relay terminal D through common connector to GND.
