NOTE:

DESCRIPTION
Some customers may complain of grinding and/or groaning when applying the front brakes. If a customer complains of vibration in the brake pedal and a
high level of noise, follow the repair procedure below.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Verify the complaint.
2.
Inspect the front rotors for grooves or blue spots. If present, machine the rotors to eliminate pedal vibration.
NOTE:
Replace the rotors only if machining will bring the thickness of the rotor below the allowable specification. Minimal Allowable Thickness: 22 mm
(0.87 in.)
3.
Replace the brake pads according to the instructions in section P of the workshop manual.
