Pull the front console forward to disengage the clips.
1. Remove the front console. 
2. Disconnect the appropriate PCME connector.

3. Connect a jumper wire between terminal wire (G/W) of the A/C relay connector and ground.

4. Start the engine, and verify that the magnetic clutch and condenser fan operate.

Step 5

1. Press the ACS to ON and set the blower switch to the first position.
2. Verify that the ACS indicator light illuminates.  See: Control Assembly/Testing and Inspection

Step 6

Measure the voltage at the following terminals of the PCME connector.  See: Control Assembly/Testing and Inspection
