CD CHANGER TROUBLESHOOTING
Refer to the 1996 626 / MX-6 BETM (p/n 9999 95 084F-96) for symptoms regarding AM/FM/Cassette player and power antenna.

CD CHANGER REPLACEMENT
CAUTION:
To avoid damage, apply masking tape around the center console opening area.
1.
Record preset stations.
2.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
3.
On ATX Models

Insert the ignition key into the override key cylinder beside the shift lever.

Turn the key counterclockwise and hold it there.
^
Push and hold the lock release button and move the selector lever to the "1" position.
4.
On MTX Models
^
Place shift lever in fourth (4th) gear position.
