Subject "MIL" CODE "15" WHEN COLD
DESCRIPTION
Severe cold temperatures may cause the "MIL" lamp to come on for a moment, after a cold start, during engine warm up. This may be due to delayed
response time of the oxygen sensor.
If you encounter a customer complaint regarding this matter, use a self-diagnostic checker to confirm that a code "15" exists. If it does, replace the
engine control unit (ECU) with a modified one from the rebuild program.
