Protege L4-1839cc 1.8L DOHC (1990)
1. Install the SST to the cylinder part of the gear housing.
2. Using a vacuum pump, apply a vacuum of 400 mmHg (15.7 in Hg) and check to be sure that the vacuum is maintained for 30 seconds.
3. If there is any leakage, replace the oil seal.
