Step 16. Using a voltmeter, check the blue-black wire for power at the S.H.S. control box connector.
CHECKING RESULTS
A.
If over 5 volts exist, replace the S.H.S. control box.
B.
If 0-5 volts exist, proceed to Step 17.
BLUE-WHITE WIRE CHECK
Step 17. Using a voltmeter, check the blue-white wire for power at the S.H.S. control box.
CHECKING RESULTS
A.
If over 5 volts exist, replace the S.H.S. control box.
B.
If 0-5 volts exist proceed to Step 18.
BLUE A/C RELAY #2 CONNECTOR CHECK
CONNECTOR TO A/C RELAY #2
Step 18 Check the blue wire for power at the A/C relay #2 connector.
Note:
You will notice (2) relays located next to each other, check wire color codes for positive identification.
CHECKING RESULTS
A.
If no power exists in the blue wire, check for a loss of continuity between the A/C switch connector and A/C relay #2.
B.
If power exists in the blue wire, follow the (3) steps below in order to troubleshoot the A/C relay #2.
