If no continuity exists, replace the relay.
GROUND YELLOW-GREEN WIRE AT CONDENSERFAN RELAY CONNECTOR
Step 8. Ground the yellow-green wire at the condenser fan relay connector.
CHECKING RESULTS
A.
If the condenser fan motor operates check the yellow-green wire for a loss of continuity between A/C relay #1 connector and condenser fan relay
connector.
B.
If the condenser fan motor does not operate, proceed to Step 9.
GROUND BLUE-WHITE WIRE AT CONDENSER FAN RELAY CONNECTOR
Step 9. Ground the blue-white wire at the condenser fan relay connector.
CHECKING RESULTS
A.
If the condenser fan motor does not operate, check the blue-white wire for a loss of continuity between condenser fan motor connector and
condenser fan relay connector.
B.
If the condenser fan motor operates, check the black wire for a loss of continuity between ground and condenser fan relay connector.
