Reconnect the 4-pin connector and turn the ignition switch to the "ACC" or "ON" position. Ground the "LY" wire using a jumper wire and
check the operation of the motor.

If the motor operates, check for an open circuit of the "LY" wire between the 4-pin connector and radio. If an open circuit is not found,
replace the radio.

If the motor does not operate, go to Step e).

Remove the antenna assembly and disconnect the 8-pin connector (9-pin for convertible models) from the antenna relay.
With the ignition key in the "OFF" position or removed, connect the terminals of the connector by using the jumper wires as follows, and
check the operation of the antenna.

To raise the antenna, jump the "LG" and "Br" terminals, then ground the "Y" terminal.

To lower the antenna, jump the "LG" and "Y" terminals, then ground the "W" terminal.

If the antenna operates as described above, an inoperative relay is the cause of the malfunction. Replace the relay.
