CAUTION:
Since different heat range spark plugs are installed in the trailing and leading sides, be sure to install them to the correct position. If they are
installed opposite, cracking insulator of the spark plug may result.

Reconnect the high-tension codes to the spark plugs. Refer to the following chart for proper connection.

According to our records, you own a 1987 model Mazda RX-7 Turbo.
Mazda Motor Corporation has found that improper heat-range spark plugs may have been installed in your car. This may result in cracking the insulator
of the spark plug and possible engine damage. This program is limited to the following vehicle identification number range.
JM1FC332*H0100001 - JM1FC332*H0152627
We have made arrangements for you to have your spark plugs replaced at an authorized Mazda dealer free of charge after September 1, 1986. The repair
must be completed before August 31, 1987.
It will take less than half an hour to complete this repair. We recommend that you call your dealer and ask if an appointment is necessary so that the
inconvenience to you will be minimized.
Any problems encountered in this program should be discussed with your nearest authorized Mazda dealer or Mazda Distributor listed in your owner's
Manual.
