Adjusting Fast Idle Throttle Valve Clearance

If clearance is not correct, turn fast idle adjustment screw to obtain the correct throttle valve position.

Start engine and warm up to operating temperature.

Check that thermowax actuator extends fully and fast idle cam no longer touches roller on throttle lever.

If not, replace thermowax actuator.
