Throttle Body: Adjustments
Measuring Primary Throttle Valve Clearance

Open the throttle by hand until the secondary throttle valves just begin to open, and measure the clearance between the primary throttle valve and
its bore. Clearance should be as specified below.
0.040" - 0.070" (1.1mm - 1.7mm)
Bend Tab To Adjust
If clearance is not within the specified range, adjust by bending the tab as shown in illustration. Recheck after adjustment.
