WASHER NOZZLES LEAKING FLUID ONTO HOOD WHILE DRIVING

DESCRIPTION
Some vehicles may exhibit the washer nozzles leaking washer fluid onto the hood while driving. A service kit is now available for this condition.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Verify customer concern.
2. Refer to the instruction sheets included in the kit:
a. Install check valves.
b. Install elbows to the hood hose.
c. Add check valve to liftgate hose.
d. Reverse washer pump motor polarity.
e. Swap hoses at the pump.
3. Verify repair.
