Normal Operation
The diagnostic tool is connected to the DLC D-01 to communicate with both the high speed and medium speed CAN as well as the ISO 9141
communication networks. If communication cannot be established, the diagnostic tool and the DLC D-01 must be checked for damage. If the diagnostic
tool and the DLC D-01 are OK, circuits (O/LG), (B/LB), and (B) must be checked for an open condition.
