1. Using the Halfshaft Installer, install the front drive halfshaft into the front wheel hub.

2. Position the lower arm into the front wheel knuckle.

3. Install the lower arm pinch bolt and nut.

Tighten to 70 Nm {7.1 kgf-m, 52 ft-lbf}.

4. Install the ABS wheel speed sensor and bolt.

Tighten to 9 Nm {0.9 kgf-m, 80 in-lbf}.

5. Install a new front wheel hub nut.

Tighten to 300 Nm {30.6 kgf-m, 222 ft-lbf}.

CAUTION: Do not tighten the front wheel hub nut with the vehicle on the ground. The nut must be tightened to specification before the vehicle is
lowered onto the wheels. Wheel bearing damage will occur if the wheel bearing is loaded with the weight of the vehicle applied.

NOTE: Apply the brake to keep the halfshaft from rotating. 

6. Install the front tire and wheel. See  See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Wheels/Service and Repair.

7. Check and fill the transaxle fluid as necessary. See  See: Continuously Variable Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Transaxle Fluid Drain
