NOTE: This step may not be necessary if the inner wheel bearing race remains in the wheel knuckle after removing the wheel hub.
3. Remove the wheel bearing snap ring from the wheel knuckle.
FWD vehicles
1. Using the special tools, remove the wheel bearing from the wheel knuckle.
AWD vehicles
1. Using the special tools, press the wheel bearing race from the wheel knuckle.
