Pinpoint Test 4: The Regen Braking Disabled Message Is Inoperative/Always On

PINPOINT TEST 4: THE REGEN BRAKING DISABLED MESSAGE IS INOPERATIVE/ALWAYS ON - HYBRID

Normal Operation

The instrument cluster receives the regenerative brake disabled status from the PCM over the high speed controller area network (HS-CAN)
communication bus. If the regenerative braking system is disabled, the PCM sends a command to the instrument cluster to display the regenerative
braking disabled message.
