Sunroof / Moonroof Frame: Service and Repair

ROOF OPENING PANEL FRAME REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the headliner. See  See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect the 4 roof opening panel drain hoses.

3. Release the wire harness locators.

4. Remove the 8 roof opening panel frame bolts and remove the roof opening panel frame.

-

To install tighten to 9 Nm {0.9 kgf-m, 80 in-lbf}.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
