Auxiliary Water Pump: Service and Repair

AUXILIARY COOLANT FLOW PUMP REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - HYBRID
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. See See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair/Lifting.
2. Drain the engine coolant. See - See: Coolant/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.
3. Remove the LH lower engine splash shield.
4. Release the clamp and disconnect the auxiliary coolant pump-to-thermostat hose.
