6. Replace the engine support crossmember with improved service level crossmember.

Tightening Torque: Bolts - 66 lb-ft. (90 Nm), New nut - 129 lb-ft. (175 Nm)

NOTE:

This part is only applicable to 2009 vehicles produced on or before June 26, 2009, and will not correct any other symptom.

7. Install rear roll restrictor-to-crossmember through bolt.

Tightening Torque: 66 lb-ft. (90 Nm)

8. Install the lower transaxle insulator through bolt.

Tightening Torque: 85 lb-ft. (115 Nm)

9. Enable the vehicle high voltage electrical system according to MS3 on-line instructions or Workshop Manual (Section 01-13 HIGH-VOLTAGE
TRACTION BATTERY SYSTEMS DEPOWERING - HYBRID).

10. Verify repair.
