1. Using a brass drift to strike the RH halfshaft in the indicated area, separate and remove the halfshaft from the intermediate shaft.
Installation
Left halfshaft
1. Position the LH front drive halfshaft so the splines line up with the differential side gear splines. Push the front drive halfshaft into the differential
side gear.
NOTE:When seated correctly, the front drive halfshaft bearing retainer circlip can be felt as it snaps into the differential side gear groove.
Right halfshaft
1. Align the splines of the RH stub shaft with the intermediate shaft and push the stub shaft in until the circlip locks the shafts together.
NOTE:When seated correctly, the front drive halfshaft bearing retainer circlip can be felt as it snaps into the differential side gear groove.
Right and left halfshaft
