29. Remove the special tool from the steering column harness side of the driver air bag module electrical connector.
30. Connect the driver air bag module electrical connector.
31. Install the driver air bag connector access cover.
32. Connect the battery ground cable.
33. Prove out the air bag system. For additional information, see AIR BAG AND SAFETY BELT PRETENSIONER SUPPLEMENTAL

34. Check the restraint system for correct operation.
